Listening & embedded players
The homepage sound slider, page soundtracks, performance videos and DJ mixer play recordings hosted for this website. Spotify players load when you choose a release. The SoundCloud player on the Booking / EPK page loads only when you press “Load SoundCloud player”.
Loading either player connects your browser to that service. It may receive your IP address, browser information and playback activity, and use cookies or similar storage under its own privacy policy. You can use the separate “Open in Spotify” or “Open on SoundCloud” link instead. Closing the Spotify player or leaving the Booking page unloads that player; cookies already set by the service are managed in your browser.

Social icons are links. Visiting a social platform or music service is covered by that service’s privacy policy.
Your tracks stay on your device
When you choose an audio file in the mixer, the website reads and processes it in your browser to play it and calculate its waveform and tempo. The website does not upload that file to Joe, Spotify or SoundCloud.
Imported tracks are held for the current mixer session. Use the deck’s “Remove” button to clear an imported track sooner. Leaving the mixer or reloading the page clears them from the mixer; the original file on your device stays where it is.
What this browser remembers
- Sound preferences: your volume and mute setting are saved on this browser until you clear this website’s stored data.
- Mixer introduction: the browser remembers whether you have seen the short introduction. You can reopen the guide from the mixer.
- Earlier private preview: a preview access cookie may remain from testing until it expires. The public website no longer requires a preview code or ChatGPT account.
You can clear this website’s cookies and stored data in your browser settings. This resets saved preferences.
Private website statistics
We use Plausible to understand how many people visit, which pages they explore, how they find the site, and whether they use listening, social or booking links. Joe sees aggregate reports in a private dashboard. These reports estimate visitors; they are not a list of identifiable people.
Plausible does not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers for these statistics. Its service processes technical request information to produce aggregate statistics. We do not send email addresses, preview codes, mixer filenames or audio files to Plausible. We do not use advertising pixels.
Your exclusion choice is saved only in this browser until you clear this website’s stored data.
Music updates by email
Joining the music list is optional. The signup form loads from Brevo when you choose to open it. Brevo then receives technical information needed to display and secure the form. If you submit it, Joe and Brevo use your email address and consent information to manage your subscription and send music and show news.
The signup form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated signups. When you open the form, Google processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information and interactions to assess whether the request is automated. Google may use cookies or similar storage for this check. Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
You join only after confirming the email sent to you. Unsubscribe through the link in any music update, or contact joe@joebaileymusic.com. We retain subscription information while you subscribe; limited consent and suppression records may be kept to respect your choices and prevent further mail. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information.
Email & website delivery
Email links open your mail app. Copy-email buttons copy only the displayed address; copying does not send a message. If you email Joe, your address and the information you share are used to respond and handle your enquiry.
The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests to load pages and media include technical information such as an IP address, requested address and browser information. Private maintenance routes use separate access checks and are not available to visitors.
